Founded in 1993, Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries Transnational exists to be a Christ-centered sanctuary of refuge, uniting people of every culture and generation. Our core mission is to proclaim God’s Word and advance the Great Commission through passionate worship, evangelism, theological education, ministry planting, benevolence, humanitarian relief, and marketplace stewardship. We gather at our sanctuary, 810 Ridgeway Avenue in Durham, North Carolina. Sunday morning worship begins at 10:00 a.m., with mid-week discipleship sessions currently held on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The Ministerial Alliance gathers ministers from various backgrounds for encouragement, doctrinal alignment, and shared resources. After an orientation meeting and affirmation of our faith statement, you will be paired with a council or alliance cohort that matches your calling and schedule.

Beyond teaching, we care for the whole person. Ministers and ministry workers can access confidential pastoral counseling, sabbatical planning, and strategic coaching to prevent burnout and strengthen families. We also host periodic retreats where leaders can rest, worship, and receive fresh vision. All support is rooted in Scripture, offered free of charge, and adapted to each individual’s circumstances, affirming our commitment to holistic spiritual health.

Our outreach extends far beyond our walls. Teams mobilize for benevolence projects, neighborhood food distribution, and humanitarian relief after natural disasters. Long-term, we plan to launch thirteen specialized Institutes that will send equipped believers into mission fields around the globe.
